pd77 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pd77 platform (accessible at pd77.vip and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the pd77 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the services. pd77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pd77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the pd77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must notify pd77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pd77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or security compromise is suspected.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the pd77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pd77 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your pd77 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pd77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• pd77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pd77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pd77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• pd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, pd77's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pd77 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. The outcome of all games is determined by these systems and is not influenced by pd77 or any player.

By participating in any game on the pd77 platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error, disconnection, or system failure, pd77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly, but cannot guarantee the preservation of any game state.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. pd77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• pd77 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any game or player at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pd77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the pd77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pd77 staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pd77 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pd77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of pd77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pd77 platform without the prior written consent of pd77.

9. Privacy & Data

pd77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pd77 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pd77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and pd77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pd77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the pd77 platform.

pd77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pd77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pd77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Account Termination

pd77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pd77 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending withdrawals) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

12. Governing Law
